I’ve had pain in my groin and upper thigh for almost five years. After scans and MRI can’t find the problem. I do believe that you just solved my problem. I will add these exercises to my morning routine. Thanks Will!

I particularly appreciate this video as it deals directly with my particular issues with the OA in my left hip and degraded mobility there. While I am very athletically-minded, I am also almost 70 years old, and I lost a lot of mobility in my less-active covid years. I am now getting it back to some degree with work, and your videos are helping. This one in particular seems written for me. Thank-you.

Spot on! I had very bad pain in both my groin and my knee. Turns out it was severe OA, diagnosed via x-ray showing no joint space left. I suspected OA because of the groin pain but didn't know before seeing an orthopedist that the knee pain was very likely referred pain from my hip. After hip replacement, no pain in groin OR in knee!

What valuable information, as I'm scheduled for steroid injections, Monday, in psoas tendon. I had right hip replacement 4 years ago and was told it would take care of groin pain. It did not. Started with injections soon after, which helped for a while, but grew weary of a 3 hour drive each way, so stopped after a few months. Now left tendon is giving more pain than right. I have gained weight since having meningitis and becoming more inactive. I was told that if injections don't help and pain persists, the only thing to do was clip the tendon. All that to say I will have injections on Monday, then try your exercises! I do NOT want another hip replacement! Not a fun thing! So here goes with your, always, helpful information! 🤞🤞🤞🤞 Thank you, Will. (BTW, I'll be 80 in a couple months and I need to be gardening! 😊)

This is perfect for me. Over the last year I have been trying to change how I walk so the arthritis in my hip caused by laterally tilted pelvis is not made worse. Recently concentrated on moving hips as per recent video and swinging left leg and using foot properly. This has led to painful left groin and outer thigh muscles so strength needed I think. I do wish I lived near Harlow. But the weather here in Andalucia is somewhat better. 😂

Wow! Will, thank you so much for your videos and advice! I took your advice and was able to achieve "immediate", tangible improvement in my groin pain and lack of flexibility. I am 68 years old and have definately noticed the decline in my overall flexibility, balance, strength etc. I have implemented most of your very sound advice and have had very positive results. You have helped me enormously. Although I am from the UK, I have lived in Canada for the last 14 years. I am familiar with Farnham and remember visiting The Castle pub in the mid 70s when they had certain "exotic" types of fish in the fish tank. These memories of Farnham makes watching your videos even more enjoyable. Thanks again, have a wonderful day.

Thank you so much! I am not a PT but a somatic educator and yoga teacher. I often have a hard time telling if someone is weak or tight. Often I go by life style. If you sit allot possible weak , any tips on that? Also I can not wait to share this weak groin movement with a client who complains of tight groins. I teach her pandiculation not stretching. It helps allot. but always returns. This person sits allot and has a high stress job, am thinking she may be sitting in the back of sit bones all day. Thx again love your channel!

Very timely for me. I have had severe groin pain after water aerobic classes that has a movement of us leaping sideways while pulling water with our arms towards us. I have had difficulty switching to the other direction. The next day one side hurt a lot for several days. I finally put two and two together to realize that this movement causes the pain. So much for the belief that water aerobics is gentle on the joints! I’ll be skipping that exercise from now on

These are great exercises. I just finished with a physio therapist so I am on my own now. I have had two hip replacements each hip. They were done the posterior way. Before the surgery I had a lot of groin pain. My left hip was done 2018 and after all this time I still have groin pain so this is what the physio was all about. would that last one be ok to do. I know there were some things I am not supposed to ever. I look forward to more. I am really determined to loosen up the stiffness so I can get a walking program going. I'm 74, female.

Coincidence or the YT algorithm doing what it does. I've been doing a similar exercise in a sitting position of an evening whilst watching the TV - I use a soft ball of around melon size and I think I started doing them as some form of Kegel come prostate exercise. I certainly do feel the burn in a good way so the exercise is doing something. Merry Christmas to you and yours. I watched your Pompey thrashing Coventry the other week, you might just survive the Chump league. (Wolves supporter).
