You'll love this chair workout that builds strength, mobility and flexibility all in the comfort of a seated position. This seated workout focuses on our upper body and core. It's the perfect video if you are new to strength training and want to build muscle mass and improve bone density.
You can do all the exercises without weights or you can use water bottles or soup cans for some light resistance. For your reference, I'm using a set of 3 pound 1.36 kg) weights.
Go at your own pace and just follow along.
