This woke me up so good the other morning, I HAD to share it with y'all. You will finish this sequence with ZERO tension in the hips and an alert and awake mind.

I would love some longer yoga classes! Your vid’s are really great. Having some 45-60 minute classes especially for morning yoga routines would keep me glued to your channel each morning! Love your teaching style!

I really liked the stretch! Did not like the ad in the middle considering it a a 13 min long video so interrupts the yoga

There are so many ads now that it is impossible to follow the practice. They interrupt everything.

With this simple sequence "there is absolutely no reason to not stretch in your day" Shona's quote set in stone couldn't be farther from the truth! SO easy it makes you want to get it in and get on with your day. Peace, Love and Yoga=The best days!!
