Thank you Shona for completely changing my relationship with exercise - coming from a disordered eating background, I found it hard to associate exercise with anything other than aesthetics. Thanks to you, I can listen to my body and think 'actually, today I really crave a nice back and neck yoga session' and I move my body to achieve physical sensation and mobility! So thank you, thank you, thank you!

Seriously! One of the best fitness trainers out there. The Vertue Method changed a lot in my own strength, mobility, and yoga practice (and now I even signed up for BJJ). :)

Like ALL of your sequences this on is amazing. The goal of your subscribers should be to have your lessons, knowledge, sequences, health, and help WELL known. I don't shut up about you at work! Love your book, so grateful for your work, effort, transparency, care and knowledge!

hi shona, thanks so much for this routine :) one thing i want to mention is when doing the prone exercises with the head up and arms moving behind then to the side and forward, for me if i don't activate and squeeze my glutes it hurts my lower back, i assume that its designed to strengthen the back, but might be worth mentioning if other people feel it in their backs too

I don't have any blocks at home and I used my two hardbook volumes of War and Peace: it worked out just fiine! :)

Awesome stretch workout, felt tension in lower back on some of the first poses, hope that’s ok. Feel great afterwards as usual with your workouts!

I used my foam rollers for it! Also can put a thin pillow on a sturdy book or something
