I don't believe in heavy weight but rather good tempo, form , and continues tension. I am so happy I clicked on your video. You have won one more following. Hello, I'm new at exercising, frankly I'm just about to turn 15, I just started exercising 4 days ago to try to losen up my fat, can I ask if this routine is okay? -I don't eat at morning for fasting. -At 3pm I do my exercise. -I start with 10 Situps and 10 Crunches. -20 Squats. -Less than a minute worth of leg stretch. -A 1 Minute Plank. -20 Leglift each leg. -Rest for a minute. -A 1 Minute Childpose/Balasana. -8 ArmCircle directed to the front, and another 8 ArmCircle directed at the back. -16 JumpingJacks. -I then massage my arms for a bit. -For the food, Its random, sometimes it has vegetable with soup and meat, sometimes its just fish, sometimes its only just meat, but it always has rice.
