I used his crossfit routines and bodybuilding techniques in an explosive routine with comfortable weights because am a Kenyan boxer in Kenya playing for the Kenyan National team🇰🇪 and it sharpened my strength and conditioning so well that I recently won a gold medal🥇 in the international zone 3 boxing championship.Maybe u don't get enough credit but today lemme assure u some of us depend on u and appreciate it work so much Mr Obi...Super job

You don't see many people working out with perfect form like this in my gym. Since discovering this channel, I've slowed my reps down and noticed the weights had to go down a bit too, but the burn oh the burn. 👌👏

My go to is Dumbbell overhead press, cable lateral raises, rear delt cable flies, incline hammer curl or dumbbell curl, preacher curl, tricep pushdowns, dips or single cable tricep extension

Beautiful stuff. This is my first video of your I watched and I love what I saw. I notice, right from the word go, the tempo and form. I don't believe in heavy weight but rather good tempo, form , and continues tension. I am so happy I clicked on your video. You have won one more following. What is your take on the number of exercises one can do per muscle group per session before it get too much and just a waste of time?

Hello, I'm new at exercising, frankly I'm just about to turn 15, I just started exercising 4 days ago to try to losen up my fat, can I ask if this routine is okay? -I don't eat at morning for fasting. -At 3pm I do my exercise. -I start with 10 Situps and 10 Crunches. -20 Squats. -Less than a minute worth of leg stretch. -A 1 Minute Plank. -20 Leglift each leg. -Rest for a minute. -A 1 Minute Childpose/Balasana. -8 ArmCircle directed to the front, and another 8 ArmCircle directed at the back. -16 JumpingJacks. -I then massage my arms for a bit. -For the food, Its random, sometimes it has vegetable with soup and meat, sometimes its just fish, sometimes its only just meat, but it always has rice.

30secs is not enough 60-90s atleast

1-2 minutes for hypertrophy. Longer is fine for heavy sets

How is nobody asking what the pauses re between each set and excercise And what does 3x 12/12/12 means? Are you king to do 36 sets of 3?? If you mean 3 sets of 12 then it’s 3 x 12 Stop confusing people But thanks for the tips anyway
