Dark rum 10g
Mold of 24cm diameter
160°C (320°F) for 40 minutes
Dark chocolate ganache
Dark chocolate 250g
Liquid cream 250g
Glucose syrup 100g
Unsalted butter 80g

En verdad se ve exquisita y hermosa, pero algo costosa, debo decirlo, acá (México) el polvo de almendra y el de avellana tienen un costo elevado, ya ni hablar de la hoja de oro, intentaré hacer una adaptación porque me encantó, se ve lindísima.
