Here is an easy and simple Qigong meditation that focuses on breathing into the Dan Tian, and relaxing the body and mind.
There are many different forms of meditation, and they are all useful. This is a very simple type of Qigong meditation that will leave you feeling relaxed, calm, energized, and Present.
You can use it in the morning, as a mid day break, or before bed - anytime you'd like.

I'm Jeffrey Chand, an acupuncturist, practitioner of Traditional Chinese medicine, and Qigong instructor.
I am incredibly passionate about sharing simple Qigong practices because I have directly witnessed how helpful it can be for a variety of health issues, prevention, emotional/mental health, and even spiritual health.
The style that I try to present is simple but effective, because it is based on several Qigong traditions, clinical experience, physical therapy, traditional and modern medicine, and from working with many people from a variety of backgrounds.
This style can be practiced if you are an absolute beginner and if you already have experience in Qigong or Tai Chi.
If you are curious, give Qigong practice a try and I am sure you will notice benefit to your health and wellness :)

Jeff, u r my inspiration during lockdown. Have I succeeded, no, it takes time, and I am continuing to make gains from videos.. I am from ATLANTA, LIVING IN THAILAND, AND HAVE SO MUCH TO BE HAPPY To ENJOY IN LIFE, THANKS To YOUR VIDEOS. I especially love the pressure points, breathing, making clouds, Buddha stomp and other key points. I practice an hour with your various videos. I am 25% into learning your concepts. I have followed you for almost 2 years and I have learned so much from your insight and your knowledge. Did this meditation standing, along with the hugging the tree pose. It's amazing feeling the internal heat inside along with the tingling sensations especially in the lower spine. Thanks 👍 feel better already.

I thoroughly enjoy and practice your videos. Could you please help me as to how to reduce anxiousness or a sense of fear all the time without any reason as such. This pandemic is really taking a toll. How to deal with anxiety attack or panic attacks. Waking up all anxious is really hard. Meditation makes me even more anxious. Thank you so much for your videos and help.

Thank you Mr Jeff, The hardest part for me was choosing where I want my intention to be. I settled for "knowing how to spend my time", since there are so many things to do and distractions. So today I will use my mind and spirit to zero-in on what I should focus my intention. I found myself thinking mostly on breathing into the Dan Tian, and then my intention came to my mind a lot. I appreciated your guiding throughout especially. I just joined your community yesterday. I am so happy to have found you.
