Wow. WOW! I’ve been in physical therapy a number of times, have TENS units, traction devices, roller, massage devices, a theracane, and the list goes on, but no significant results. I do this exercise one time and feel like it’s the answer. Can’t wait to see the results in 10 days or so.. thank you both for this! Truly the best PT’s on the internet (in their own opinion, of course), and now possibly mine, too!

My sincerest apologies. What I can tell you is, the body is high-maintenance. This did eleviate my pain, but like with most things, after the pain is gone, I have a tendency to resume normal behaviors. That resulted in the pain returning, but I do this exercise as a continuous maintenance action, and it keeps the pain under control. I need to do this more often and stop my poor posture behaviors that keep bringing my problems back. But habits are hard to break, and at my age, maybe impossible.

@@tjwalker960 definitely not Impossible to break. Just make it a Daily choice, or even a smaller goal than that, commit to doing it twice a week at first, even once a week, then go up from there

This is AMAZING! I have very severe tinnitus. Oddly it goes away when I take the "W" pose. Of course it comes back when I relax but this is giving me hope that my tinnitus can be cured.

Straight up comedy !! 😜Thanks guys I am 63 years old a starting to bend forward and walking at a slightly faster. Going to use these exercise's a couple times a day and doing my 2.5 mile walk in the night concentrating on straight posture and not walking to fast. I sure hope this helps I think this might be related to shoulder and neck and hip pain. I'll get back to you in 10 days !!😜

I had dissecting and Laminoectomy in Sept 13,2023. I am still helping. They had to do alot. I have severe hypnosis with alot of pain. I'm limited in what I can do. Also my left shoulder back muscle has been in pain for weeks and some pain in left arm to elbow. Any suggestions ? I'm starting PT in about a month.

@Bob and Brad my herniated/ pertruded disk pain started after laying flat on my back on a massage bed. Once I got up I could barely walk or bend foward. And ended up having to go to E.R. What about laying on my back on a massage bed could have caused sciatic pain?
