I have been doing this for a long time. Since I’m a foodie, I eat a lot of junk food but I keep a 16-18 hours gap between two meals like its mentioned in the video. Or else in somedays, if I eat too much I have been completely fasting or just have a low fat yoghurt or watermelon juice if I get hungry the following day. Also, make sure to drink at least 3L of water per day. If you could add cardio and simple fat burning exercises to this process, you’ll have faster results.

Hi! It’s all about intermittent fasting. We have 24 hours per day So Eat within 8 hours (like in the day time) And stay fasting the other 16 hour. In that fasting time you can consume water Coffee ☕️ or tea without sugar. More water may help you. Also if you can do some exercises 🤜🤛 Good luck!
