You know what they say about people who assume 🙄, well, let's just say, I'm feeling a bit foolish..... I was sitting outside in my backyard enjoying the beautiful evening, and remembered that this workout had come out yesterday, so I decided to pull it up and do it. Not only did I end up really enjoying it, but I also felt it. It really activated my leg 🦵 muscles. So, lesson learned on my end - don't presume and once again, thank you Gaby & Mere! ❤

I think this maybe one I can add into my weekly routine. J am building my legs from atrified badly. Some of your workouts are too painful and mean I can't walk. These look possible. 😀

This one is great! Thanks so much Gaby! I learned something recently that is helping my fasting glucose! For a while I kept getting anywhere from 100-110 fasting glucose and a couple that were a little higher. My friend Teresa had just told me about vitamin C helping with insulin resistance. I had vitamin C on a list I was putting together, but hadn't done any research. So when she said that, I looked it up. Vitamin C reduces fasting glucose, and I should have connected the dots because I did research on vitamin C in the past and found that chemically it's very similar to sugar, so when people consume added sugar, vitamin C has to fight for absorption and it puts a pause on the immune system for a number of hours. When I drank my vitamin water (giving me 90mg vitamin C) right before bed instead of morning/afternoon, my fasting glucose was improved. I told Teresa that because I had spent so much money on supplies and supplements for reversing my Prediabetes, I needed to find a good deal on vitamin C. I was going to buy a brand I bought in the past, as it was on sale and it's a good quality vitamin C. But the Lord said, "wait", so I didn't buy it and went to bed. The following day, I started my search again and I came across a supplement that I was SO excited about, as it's a fat-soluble C complex that includes organic acerola cherry and organic camu camu! And it was cheap enough I could get 2 bottles! Getting 2 bottles gave me an extra discount. Praise God! So I got it ordered and it arrived today. Until my vitamin C arrived, I started making 2 vitamin waters a day, which gave me a total of 180mg vitamin C from Acerola cherry extract. As a result of getting more vitamin C, especially before bed, I've had normal fasting glucose 3 days in a row now! I also weighed myself again and I was down to 171.0lbs today! I'll likely make a Facebook update, but I wanted to give it a little more time to see what the increase in vitamin C will do. I'm hoping my fasting glucose will drop to the 80 range, but 90s are such an improvement! God bless you and keep you always Gaby and Mere! 🙂
