*In this video, I explain that doing butt workouts is not only to get a better-looking booty but also to prevent many health risks since the gluteal muscle is a very important part of our body! In general, strong butt= strong core= strong back= healthy knees= good postures= burn more fat! As a result of our sedentary lifestyle, the gluteal muscles have been in a dormant state for a long time. So, we really need to do butt workouts regularly to keep them healthy and strong!
*Tips:
1) While doing this workout, make sure to engage your core at all times to maintain the stability of the upper body (pelvis). This will help to train your gluteal muscles mostly. You can also speed up the process with a resistance band.

I like how you often explain the medical side of things! Somehow I can motivate myself to workout much better if I know it will help my posture/neck pain/whatever. Also I like knowing how muscles work together/which exact muscles I'm using.

@say sorry for breathing hyunjins air it got toned and a tiny bit of slimming.. I am on a diet and doing exercises so I am losing weight.. but I don't think this exercise is mainly for losing weight, just toning..

Hey April! Thank you so much for all of your videos and hard work. You can’t imagine how much you’ve helped me and changed my life ! Maybe somehow you’ll see it, after all life is full of surprises. Tbh it’s my first ever comment on yt, normally I’m just this shy viewer who only likes a videos without commenting. But! It’s rly hard for me to stay persistent when it comes to working out. And you somehow changed my attitude towards it. Btw I used to hate, literally HATE working out at home and now I’d rather do this instead of going to a gym. I had this mindset: if I paid for something, I’d have to use it = I’d go working out at gym (praying not to meet anyone I know). Now it doesn’t feel like something mandatory that simply has to be done no matter if I want it or not, just like going to work or other duties. Now? I enjoy your videos and even when I’m really tired I try to do at least one. You don’t yell at me and I like the sound of your voice (Chinese is beautiful, too bad it’s probably too hard for me to ever learn it 😅😂). It feels like working out with a friend and I’m grateful for this, especially after a terrible day. It’s not a duty anymore, it’s just something natural for my body to keep it healthy. You also explain medical side of things, which is great and fuels my motivation. Ofc I quit sometimes for a week or two, just like I said - being persistent isn’t my strength but you are the only KZbinr to come back to. Exercises aren’t too hard but still give lots of results. Instead of swimming in my sweat as I exercise (and checking every 30 s when the video ends haha) I manage to do more videos. Oh and I added stretching to my daily routine (partly) and ofc after workouts (the stretching you do at the end of your videos is a minimum I do every time, sometimes when I have time I stretch more). I had no idea how much it can improve my life! I wish I found your channel sooner. My body still doesn’t look the way I want it to but I feel definitely better as I finally have a bit of muscles to support it. For the first time in my life I don’t exercise just to look thinner. (I mean it’s a goal, but main one is to stay healthy and fit and feel good in my body). I guess this comment is waaaaay too long, but I’m going to update it for coming days. I want to finally finish a challenge. I want to try it for 21 days and see what happens. I’ll do this one, love handles and back videos everyday and cardio 3 times per week. I started four days ago. Day one, two, three and four (today I did 12 min hiit and rode bike for 30mins): done Day 5: done Day 6: done Day 7: almost done (without love handles and back, I went for a bike instead) Day 8: done Day 9: done Day 10, 11, 12: went on trip, so I didn’t exercise but I’m gonna exercise more on coming days Day 13: done Day 14: done Day 15: dooone Day 16: done Day 17: i came home half alive, so no training today Day 18: done! Day 19: done, although instead of back workout I did lower belly Day 20: done I must say I actually see a huge difference even though my diet was bad lately. and I feel much better, what motivates me to keep going

I did this workout once a day for five days with the "Small Waist Flat Belly in 2 Weeks", no diet and a total of nearly three hours (3hrs) of cardio in that week alone (10/08-11/08). I lost almost 2cm in my hips and started to experience less lower back ache when I'm sleeping or sitting down. I recommend this with the waist workout mentioned as it is good for posture and back ache relief ❤. (11/08) 93cm (18/08) 91.3cm Thank you April Han ❤

Every time i finish the exercises, i aplaude myself for another day, to thank myself for the patience i have every day, for the last 14 days. The longest periode to exercises daily. Thank you. Haven't lost any weight but i see that i have better mobility, less fatigue and clothes fits me very well. I will do other programs in the future. Love from Romania. 🇷🇴

I love you so much april I will definitely do these exercises My thigh(R/L)(56cm/55cm) My booty (95cm) Day1✅ Day2✅ Day3✅ Day4✅ Day5✅ Day6✅ Day7✅ Day8✅ I noticed some changes since my thigh was 56cm/55cm and now it's 55cm/54cm. And my butt was 95cm and now it's 93cm Day9✅ Day10✅ Day11✅ Day12✅ Day13✅ Day14✅ I don't notice any changes anymore I think I'll stop here Good luck everyone

My diary 🌿☁️🌱 Hi I'm Seonmi, I'll be doing this workout starting today :) please keep commenting to support & motivate me ^^ Day 1: ✅ 🖇 I loved it! Day 2: ✅ Day ?: ❌ 🖇had to study for exam Day 3: ✅ 🖇 I learnt to do all the exercises correctly, even though I'm still not habituated to the breathing pattern, I hope I'll try and get it right too ^^♡ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ 🖇 kinda got the breathing thing right Day ?: ❌ 🖇I have an exam tomorrow so I'll be studying Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ 🖇Yay! I have really bad back and neck pain. I tried many workouts before but everytime I do this, I feel so much better. I remember one time I couldn't even feel the pain for a whole day which left me shocked. This is the only one that works. I have decided to do this everyday.

@@АзизаНурханкызы было заметно уже за неделю. Похудела примерно на 10 кг и подкачалась за 2 месяца. Особенно руки стали стройнее, у нее идеальные упражнения. И естественно питание тоже адекватное должно быть, она про это видео тоже снимала. При этом могла пить какао, есть макароны, просто все в меру.

Guys this workout do work!! I have did this for 2 months in the middle of this journey I took 2 weeks off. Well don't skip this workout continue doing this it will fix ur anterior pelvic tilt and reduce upper n lower back pain .

@Rover Roverr only three meals in a day sugar free and i ate less oily food Detox drink in morning for weight loss 1 hours workout daily and also streching no problem if you miss a day workout I followed sis April the parts of my body From where I was fat i started to do exercises which was done by her and then within 4 months i lossed so much weight . It is dependent on your body i think you will loose fat soon if your body looses fat soon but my body losses fat slowly so it taken so much time

I found your video at the right time. I am insecure because i have a big butt and it kinda make my body looks bigger. However my biggest concern i often have back pain due to my incorrect posture as i was trying to hide my big butt I want to try to di this once daily for 7 days first to see if I will feel better Day 1 : It was bearable to do. After the exercise, i kinda feel better. Cant wait to come here again tomorrow Day 2 : ✅

Hi April, I thankyou for the workout. I got weak hips because my daily lifestyle and work. These workout really help. If I may, I got bad knee because an accident in my childhood. Some of the moves quite hard and painfull for me. If you don't mind, can you give advice for those with bad knee (still with gluteus exercise) Whatever your answer, I still thankyou. Good luck for you always
