Awesome video. I only started snatching at all during this year, and am still discovering how many important details there are for proper form. There are so many ways to hurt yourself and miss out on gains, and this video was perfect for helping me with my snatch!

How is it going, if I may ask you? Did you master the movement and did you add weight to the bar? I am just starting and still very curious about weightlifting.

Great Videos ,so many people I know have tried to snatch without learning the correct technique with very bad consequences to their shoulders :(

Hi, do I need a special Olympic bar for training weightlifting or a standard Olympic bar is fine? Thks.

preferably you want one that has bushing or bearings and has a 28mm diameter(25 for girls). I prefer bearing over bushing personally. I use elieko a lot but I bought a rep fitness gladiator bar for pretty cheap and really like it for oly lifts.
