5:15 wow can’t believe I’m talking about this but yes the practice exists, last year I fell straight down and slammed my pelvis on vinyl flooring bruising everything internally (literally everything) and lodging my left hip out of alignment. I’ve been going to pelvic floor physical therapy for about 6 months now, they do internal and external vaginal muscle work. It’s been the best medical experience ever honestly, they have relieved so much pain, reversed muscle damage, nerve pain, scar tissue.
