In a way, yes they are "short films' B-roll footage gets the audience from one scene to the next and/or visually tells a story of something happening or the individual(s) doing something themselves. So yes, B-roll should tell a story and complement the film. without a story its just random clips.

just add one of videohive project and you winner :) So - 5, 4 and 3 places tried to surprise (for example the 3rd place - at constantly changing daylight it is very difficult to connect two of itself), and 1 place - the videohive project on static shots is simply added. Just superimposed on top of the frame. 8:52 For example, where the smoke blows away from the soup, you can create the simplest mask to have the effect of interaction.
