Another great video Mr .Anderson. I hope there’s peace in the Middle East, soon.

I share that hope with you.

Another simple -- but important -- add-on to Resets we're already doing. Lovin' it! And if you've ever injured an adductor, you know they're important!

Oh, they are important! For sure!

I re-started moving when 63 at the beginning of October last. Alway gym member (inclement weathers here) but deadly bored. Fact I started "messing" with rings some times ago. Since almost two months I discovered "T.H.E. M.O.V.E.M.E.N.T."🤸🤸🏿♂️🤸🏼♂️and can't stop😃. A few days ago one of your books was mentioned in a video from a channel I really like, and had a look at some of your videos. Today I squeezed rocking, both slow and fast, and the four steps floor progression (steps one and two...) in my training. Very good!! Hope that "Pressing reset, original strength reloaded", I ordered yesterday, will arrive before the week-end. 😉 So far so good. I am re-learning how to be in the space around me. Like a baby but with the knowledge of a lifetime. So funny, and it's difficult to describe how good I feel. 😃

Nice one! I also tried rocking further forward so I end up in full hip extension on the kneeling leg, and this feels great too!

I have the original book from so long ago…over a decade. It may be time to revisit the updates and lessons learned.
