Apparently I needed this. Thank you so much for the work you do. I'm a brand new massage therapist and I've been having a hard time grounding lately, but this lit up my roots and had me in tears. Beautiful flow, strong, with room to go inside and work things out. 🙏

There won’t. Thanks for being excited ✌️we’re very new to MERCH and although some items are eco friendly, not all of them are yet. But it’s a process. Also it’s print on demand and uniquely made with no inventory held which also has benefits.

When you say sit down in a comfortable position is it okay to stay in squat position? I feel very comfortable especially my back and I prefer to stay this way as long as we aren’t doing a breath work

Why is it important for the knee to flex the foot in some positions?

So that it stays safe because when the hips are in end range and you keep pushing it (many do) then the next joint will compensate, which is the knee and not the hip. The knee can rotate and is not a full hinge joint but many people don’t have rotation there.

Great stuff! I have a suggestion - in case you want to try it out: you always talk about the breath being so important, but I still forget to really focus on it. In other classes, I found it very helpful when the teacher actually counted out "breathe in, breathe out" - then I'm really forced to focus first and foremost on the breath. To take it a step further, back to the roots of yoga, you could also say which chakra to breathe into for which pose (I have this in mind: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pIfFp2hndthgp7s) Just a thought - thanks for making these!

Chakras exist but are for most people a foreign concept and rather distracting and not in reach in a physical practice like this. Of course if this helps you, go for it in your practice. We do not cue breathe in and out because this is a normal pattern everyone has too do, however the length of inhale and exhale varies between people. But instead generally remind you to breathe controlled, deeper but gentle. It takes time to dial in and discover your rhythm of a breath for your practice. Thanks for the suggestions.

If you can translate the English text then that would work. Since we don’t speak Arabic we can’t translate it. It needs to be done manually and is not an automatic feature.
