मैं पिछले 5 महीने से दौड़ रहा हु और मैं 5 km ठीक से भी नही दौड़ पता हू 1km दौड़ने से पहले ही हार जाता हू,अर्थात सांस फूलने लगता है।।अगर कभी किसी तरह दौड़ता भी ही तो 27से 28 मिनट लगता है जो मुझे लगता है proper exercise नही करने से ऐसा होता है तो please भैया आप 5km के लिए proper workout seduale पर वीडियो बनाइए।😢😢😢

Sir ji state police 1600 mtr 6 min 30 sec ke andar kese laye ak weekly shedule dijiye .abhi timing 7:5/7:10 a raha he 😢
