Just had my first workout and not last workout with you. I thoroughly appreciated your verbal cues throughout the workout to remember form , engage stomach , keep core tight to feel more of the burn 🔥

This was amazing! I was worried that I would feel the work in my lower back, but u cued us to engage the abs frequently, and the work stayed where it had to! The work in the hamstrings was a great surprise; and of course arms: thank u!

Wow! What a lovely upper body workout! It was fun, I did not feel like a workout, but like having fun, nevertheless I felt the burn. I was wearing a weighted vest as well for extra resistance, for sure my sides would be sore tomorrow :-) Thank you, Linda!

I always feel my legs burning 🔥 more than abs during standing abs workout. Maybe something I didn’t do right.

no that's quite normal because you are using a lot of your hip flexors and your supporting leg gets a lot of work. Just focus on really contracting your abs and if you do feel some work there then you are doing it right! 😊
