Great video. I've been doing this and even goofier looking stuff my whole life---and I love it !!! I do this throughout my day to keep the joints lubricated and the glands clear !

Infinity circles are great as warm up before I play table tennis. I have some rotator cuff/pain issues and infinity circles causes some pain at times but it increases my mobility
