www.buymeacoffee.com/Barlates Welcome to the Fusion Flow Series. These feel good workouts will strengthen, lengthen and stretch your entire body. Perfect for anyone who wants to get a great workout, but in a gentle and soothing way. There are still moments of challenge, but the movements are very flowing and dance like with no difficult choreography so your mind and body can move with ease.
Fusion Flow Easy Cardio is a feel good cardio segment with lots of flowing, dance like moves that are gentle yet dynamic. You will get your heart rate up without any jumping, so it's joint friendly and low impact. The exercises are easy to follow, moving from one to another without any complicated routines, but still really effective for torching calories and fat.
Fitness level: All levels, definitely easier than most of my other workouts.

I really appreciate how you always just get right into it and don't put in a bunch of breaks that stop the momentum. I like your style! And this one was really fun too.

Thanks! I don't like breaks because I like to keep the heart rate slightly elevated throughout. I would rather slow down a bit, but never stop 😁

Total 20 Band was pretty much intense for my Friday workout and arms were burning 🔥 so I combined it with this one to keep moving but in more gentle way 😁.

This is just awesome .... Great way to get moving, get heart rate slightly going and keep the joints lubricated. The move at 16:09 .... My body likes that! Definitely using this pre X-country skiing! Thank you.

Added this one to your Functional Training High and Low to make my workout one hour long. Love this flow when you don't seem like doing a hard work but keep moving without any stops and breaks. This was my very first your workout that I did back in March. Loved it then and love it now 😊! Thank you so much!

After doing your barre sculpt pyramid workout today, I wanted to get a little more movement and mostly some light dynamic stretching in my arms/shoulders because I’ve been sedentary for nearly a week. This was perfect! Since I have recently recovered from a pinched nerve, I did this workout about a little slower than half speed and kept a nice flowy motion the whole time with no hopping/jumping. This warmed up my shoulder joints and loosened the tightness in my upper back without any pain. I might keep this one before doing any other workouts for the week ahead to get my range of motion back where it needs to be. It was soothing like a tai chi workout when you slow it down, lol. This was fabulous. Thanks for another great workout, Linda, for exactly what I needed. 😍💪🏽💖

I did it with 1 kilo hand weights to make it tougher and it really works. Next time I'm going to add ankle weights! What doesn't kill me makes me stronger! Great cardio!

I used this as a warm up today and I was sweaty by the end and I felt loosened up and my muscles were warmed up. My hip felt a bit sticky this morning but after doing this cardio, my hip felt loosened up and great! I hope you do more of these. Thank you, Linda!!

Love this!! I've noticed as I get older, my body craves more low key workouts. This is perfect! Look forward too more! Have you ever thought of doing a walking type workout with hand weights?

Yes, I enjoy these feel good workouts every now and then too. It loosens all the joints and lengthens tired muscles. I am really not into walking workouts myself so I haven't thought of it, but who knows, I may do something in the future. I know Jessica Smith and Leslie Sansone have heaps of them 🤩

There are 2 other workouts in the Yoga Barre Fusion series, but they are non youtube workouts that you can buy as downloads or on dvd. The downloads are only AUD $3.99. Here are the links if you want to have a look: www.workoutdvdworld.com.au/ecommerce-search/?rs=yoga+barre+fusion In terms of free workouts there are not really any that are exactly the same format, the fusion flow workouts have some similarities and the body weight basics and Shape it series might be good too.
