Holy arms, I spent 5 hours at work today, packing 10 boxes with Halloween decorations and carrying the boxes out to the garage and lifting them up on the shelves. I was sore before I did this, might have to sleep with the heating pad on my arms tonight, lol. Thanks Chris, very grateful ❤❤❤❤😊

I loved this one today! For chest I started with 25 lbs but by the 3rd move I had to drop down. I really like using different equipment for the same muscle groups. I really like these new set of “Regina” bands. Thank you Chris and Amanda!
