This upper half workout was so effective. I had almost all my weights out on the floor. Sometimes I had to decrease weight but I also found I could go heavier than I thought. Getting stronger every day!! Thanks, Chris, for inspiring us to do our best.

I love arm day lol this was a fun workout/video. I can’t BELIEVE Kevin hadn’t watched Halloween 😮 you would get wide eyes and stares in my house lol. I liked Presumed Innocent, I will check out Disclaimer. Lots of stuff back on since it’s Fall. My favorite right now is “From” on MGM/Prime.

It’s so GREAT to be back and so happy to do this upper body workout! Last week I was on vacation and when I got home, I was sick, needed to rest, focus on getting better. Today I am feeling well enough to do this, had to use lighter weights than usual and slowed down the pace. But, as I mentioned, I am so happy to workout with Chris again!

Great workout! Went by so fast and arms are feeling great! Btw, I keep my wrists straight and with good form, but just holding a heavy weight palms up puts too much pressure on my wrists. I can do the bicep curl or iso no problem in a hammer position, does that change it or is that an ok modification? Thanks so much for all you do, couldn't do it without you!

The position of you hand does change how you are working the biceps. Hammer curls, work more of the sides of your arms and give them a fuller look. Regular bicep curls, where your palms face up, focus more on the main part of the bicep, giving you that nice peak. Doing both keeps your arms strong and well-rounded. You may want to do just wrist curls with very light weight to help strengthen them

I loved the variety in this workout and we seemed to cover a huge range of moves in just 30 minutes. I challenged myself today telling myself, "it's only 45 seconds"...but every single one counted. Thank you for getting us moving and stronger. I really enjoyed this.

Such a good workout! I am 2 months postpartum and just starting back on my fitness journey. I had to use much lighter weights than I was using before pregnancy but I didn't let bum me out. Instead I'm so grateful I am able to get back to lifting weights and strengthening my core. I love your back to basic workouts! Missed this channel and you so much Chris!
