My current girlfriend even occasionally sits up, talks to me and initiates sex in her sleep and then just goes limp afterwards with no memory of it. There's been nights where she's told to just wait until she's asleep because she's just too tired. It's a level of trust that I think most relationships just don't have and again, it's not for everyone. It's nice to hear that you have it and congrats on your relationship.

But yeah, the more I read about the USA healthcare system the more perplexed I am- I've been studying the pharmaceutical development side of it, and I live in a country with socialized healthcare. Some patients are still left out of pocket, but I've never heard of an Aussie taking out several mortgages worth of medical debt after a transplant or chemo. Meanwhile, in the USA, people are setting up gofundmes so they can get basic care. I don't think a socialized healthcare system in the USA would be the best, correct or right solution (god knows it's flawed enough in Aus), but there's gotta be a policy in need of fixing or updating regarding the way insurers manage healthcare. And don't get me started on the pharma bro types

About the being woken up by being eaten out, it is all about consent. Somnophilia is a thing. Just like anything sexual and especially more kinky stuff, you have to get consent. My girlfriend is VERY into that, I'm somewhat into it. We both had a talk about it and when we'd be okay with it and have a plan for when we're in the mood for it. But that post does make me uneasy cause I know a LOT of guys won't understand to get consent beforehand cause of that post. It's all about talking to your partner and getting consent. And if they say to stop, then you stop. Plenty of people I've met are into that as well. But it definitely needs to be discussed beforehand. I've seen stuff where it's been toxic relationships and the person going down didn't get consent beforehand and the other person did not wanna be woken up like that. It's a discussion you have to have and understand when and when it won't be okay. I let my gf know that I'd be fine with it as long as I'm not clearly not sleeping well or stressed which is very common for me. But I'd also only do it with someone I clearly trust personally. My gf and I have been together for 3 and a half years so no worries there. I just don't like that the post didn't even mention any part of consent with it. A lot of people are gonna take that out of context and do it without even knowing if their partner likes it. Sorta how BDSM is often used as an excuse for people to be abusive. The lack of understanding of consent (especially that it can be revoked WHENEVER; just because they said yes initially doesn’t mean they can’t say no later, and you aren’t entitled to their body or sex) is really alarming to me. I mean you look at some of these rape cases where these guys use being drunk as an excuse, claiming their victims were into it even if consent wasn’t given, or fuck, raping an unconscious girl and STILL not getting how that was not consensual. It’s a lot like the misunderstanding of the BDSM community, like you said. Outsiders see it as a group of people who abuse their partners (or sick fucks try and use it as a cover for their depraved behavior) but the BDSM community is SUPER big on consent, laying out boundaries, safe words, after care, etc. Outsiders think the Dom has all the power and the sub just has to take it, but truthfully it’s the sub who has the most power. He or she can stop the session at any time, and are in control of how far things go. They choose to give themselves over to their Doms. But back to the being woken up by sex thing. Personally, I definitely love being eaten out, but I would so not be ok with being woken up by it without it having been a kink my partner and I discussed. Even if he or she did it to make me feel good, the lack of respect for my consent and the-I guess-entitlement of “you’re my partner, so why should I ask every time” would severely harm my trust in them and may even be a relationship ender. I honestly just feel sorry for someone who is so insecure that they think ordering a milkshake is gay. Just finished the video and thought I’d throw what I’ve seen from the furry fandom. In general it’s a really mixed bag. It’s extremely hard to quantify as well due to how ambiguous and unorganized fandoms are by design. Literally anyone can be a furry because the only real requirement is wanting to be one, no matter how much you love/hate anthro animals On the surface and lighter sides of the fandom, it’s extremely open, accepting, and welcoming which almost always attracts degenerates (like said pedos and nazis). It’s the cute cuddly “uwu fluffy wuffy neon fox” cutesy shit you see. Maybe annoying but not bad really Go a bit deeper and that’s when it gets into things like porn, politics, and the over-sexualization of everything. If people want to jack it to yiff I don’t care, but I notice many in the fandom lack the social intelligence to recognize signs of discomfort or being uninterested. This issue has been debated in the fandom since it’s pick up in popularity with the worst of both sides trying to eradicate the other. There’s a lot of drama and political debates within the fandom with mostly people who don’t know anything about politics champion for whatever side their furry friends spout. Go a little deeper and you get the creepy and/or weird fetishes. Your diaper furs, cubs, waterports, etc (please don’t look any of that up). These negative parts cannot be denied but as with human nature we tend to look at only negatives. Furries can be some of The worst and best people you know, just like everything else. For the most part the fandom is very ambiguous and to judge someone for being a furry is just flat out idiotic, as it saws nothing of who they are besides the fact they like standing up animals. I debate whether I consider myself apart of the furry fandom but I’m still very much into furry content and this is mostly based off what I’ve seen and heard
