Following these wholesome recipes from the King General Aris Lathan since I am on a plant based diet and everything he says makes a lot of sense. Now I know what to do with the spices that jump out of the shelf when I go shopping. I use the black salt, tahini and other ingredients and I am surprised that a lot of my sisters and brother have never herd of. I plan to live a long life, I say 120 years and I enjoy the disposition and patience of his assistants in the kitchen especially King Andrew and Queen Carolyn. They are all so well dressed.
