I like the alternate timeline of this where they manage to save Lois and the city, and when Clark tries to kill the Joker, Bruce promises that he'll handle it. Then, with both of them in the Batmobile, Bruce snaps the Joker's neck and turns himself in to the GCPD. I appreciate Bruce admitting that this is his fault, that this could have been resolved if he'd killed the Joker years ago, and accepting that the only permanent solution would cost him his secret identity and his freedom. Clark ends up offering to bust Bruce out of prison but Bruce turns him down, insisting that they have to be held accountable for their actions. I think, in his head, that's what Injustice Bruce wishes he'd done.

Injustice really is the universe where the Joker finally wins his twisted game. He beats Batman by totally breaking Superman and he also dies quickly at the top of his game so there is no real justice even in his death. Where was Joker going to go after this? Superman got owned, then doubled down on it.

However I highly doubt The Joker was going to have his heart obliterated, Joker was confident that the same thing was going to happen, he gets caught, heroes don't do anything but send him to Arkham Asylum which is pretty much his home, and then he escaped only to kill someone else again, however he didn't expect to push Superman so far that Superman mental state was a monkey wrench in his plan, he was laughing because of what he push Superman to, however he was also laughing at himself as the joke was on him as well, it's kind of like an Ironic Joke, I cause the man to kill his wife and unborn child only for him to kill me and become a bigger threat than I was. Also beside Batman the only other person that gave him a hell of a fight was actually Barbara Gordon after she was able to have her spine fix and after their fight he considered her one of Batman best robins ( even though she never been a Robin, but we know Joker only acknowledged Batman and the Robins, so that saying something) but that the type of jokester he is he's an Ironic Joker who Jokes most doesn't get until they play through and they'll always backfire on him

I'd go further and say that everything that Tyrant Superman did during Injustice was Batman's fault... The thousands of people the Batman villains killed over the years as he did nothing but put them in prison again and again after they constantly escaped and killed more and more people, even if he didn't want to kill them, he could've crippled them and made the point of escaping moot if they were too broken to ever hurt another person. But without his villains, he doesn't have a reason to be a "hero".

@@jaredfinley4986 You seem to misunderstand what Batman is, Batman isn't the police, I'd accept that BS from the police and judicial system since that is their job, but Batman isn't the police, he is a criminal that catches other criminals, he and the Punisher are the same things, except that he has the no-kill when it is a convenient rule, he is in no way shape or form limited by the law as the law itself doesn't accept his very existence. Don't mistake Gordon's acceptance of Batman with Batman being a person like Superman who is actually accepted by the powers that be and the population of the world. Superman does kill when needed, what he doesn't do is make excuses. A good example of this is when the Joker went to Metropolis one day and planted several bombs around town, superman got all the bombs and held them in front of the Joker and asked if he would like to press the button... when he confronted Batman about it afterward he told Batman that if his clowns ever came to Metropolis again he would bring them back in pieces.

Tell the version when Bruce manipulated the Joker to pull this stunt on Superman in the first place because it’s his bat baby. He is driving Joker to jail but, snaps his neck on the way to keep him quiet. Bruce goes to jail and Supes busts him out because he broke his no killing rule to avenge Lois. Bruce goes underground and Supes goes to jail willingly to pay for the crime because Bruce manipulated him to take the rap for what he did for Lois. I read this somewhere. Can’t remember where tho.
