As a former 400/800 guy when they said the workout I actually got jittery and nervous. The scariest workout my coach called was 3x500 very hard on 20 min recovery on a hot day. It’s the total certainty of lactic pain that was the worst. Good meet simulator too

@@jawant6039 Comparing men and women in sport is not fair because there is a biological difference. ;) And even among very well trained male amateurs these two women would be very competitive.

Thats a workout. Definitely shorter mileage but try sprinting your fastest back to back for 400m.

Note how WIDE the lanes for their tracks are over there. The lanes on this track look about 4 inches wider than competition Mondo tracks in the United States.

Thats not fair. That one has very long legs which makes her faster. While the small one with the blonde hair has short little legs. They should have different running competition for different categories of height.

ScotsBiochemistry- brands these days require athletes to be active on social media to be paid (that didnt exist in the 1980s) therefore one could argue it is important for athletes to do now. If you don't like our content, you have a choice to not watch it.
