I made this recipe using paper muffin cups and turned out fantastic, has a slight peak at the top when baked and still has the some crispy edges and the inside is soft and fluffy. The lemon taste is very distinctive, a really great recipe. Thanks Cassandre.
I really like your videos. I have noticed that in the list of ingredients you have listed baking powder 6 g (0:38) but during the video (3:15) baking soda 6 g was added with the flour. I am confused. Do I use baking soda or baking powder for this cake? Thanks.
