Still one of the best qi gong videos on KZbin. Has aged well.

This is a fantastic video. Promptly ordered your DVD. It's really the best I have seen and I have been searching for several years. Particularly appreciate the way you smoothly flow from one movement to the next, ability to view side positioning, and the gentle breathing reminders.Thank you, thank you.

Great video! One thing I would suggest is to reduce the quantity of instructions a little with each repetition of the sequence so that key words can guide (maybe drawing attention to a different aspect each time) and the last of the four to be fluid with no instruction. If people need to go back to full instruction, they can repeat, but they can also watch and engage their 'mirror neurons' with less or no verbal distraction.

Just tried this for the first time and I really like the sensations in my body. It feels great. The video and instructions are very clear. But I have to say some of the movement like the one where you move the big ball of energy from one side to the other was a bit complicated but I will learn in time. It's the first time of many. Thank you very this lovely video!

Great, thanks Matthew, just what I was looking for. I was having Tai Chi classes in bristol about 9 years ago, then I went traveling for a bit and didn't pick it back up when I got back. I always enjoyed the Qi Gong exercises and was wanting to be reminded of them. Dx

Hello, the Stomach Point 36 (Zusanli) is also called Leg Three Mile. The Gall Bladder Point 1 (Tong Zi Liao) is called Orbit Pupil Bone. Gall Bladder 30 (Huan Tiao) is called Jumping Circle. :)

Combing the images from two cameras, one front view and the other side view, has made the video very useful. This video was the "Part one". I could not locate the subsequent parts. Have you published them in the youtube?

Wow! Really very well done! Thanks! I hope that one day my own videos can maintain such high-quality. More, likely, I'll never be willing to put in the extra time that you obviously have. Again, your efforts are very much appreciated. Thanks for making a difference in our community! :o)

How come all the demonstrations for Cloud Hands on youtube look different? Different schools / lineages? Or is Cloud Hands the name of a whole set of different movements?

這是一段比較好的氣功功法。有很好的呼吸導引效能。如果再加上一些經絡的拉伸挺拔功法就更加完整了。

So we should visualize and actually "see" all that stuff along the process-white light pumping hart, circling light...everything... I would say yes,but its no harm to ask. There is no too many teachers in my place, some of them connected to yoga and stuff ,what is rather religiously versed and quite tendentious, alluring (to certain profile of people) and potentially manipulative and its not my choice, but this is. Asian style and teaching I like....:)

you do not visualise or imagine anything like a white light!! imagining is destroying the value of the exercises. you have to feel the energy before you start practicing qigong. have to understand what qi is and how it feels like.qi exist and i can feel it.is harder to see it.after ,the exercises are getting a much bigger value cause you feel and work with this energy.
