My crow pose needs work and with my wild thing, I need to work on straightening both my legs, but you know what, you have gotten my body so much more flexible and strong. Thank you! That was super tough! But it felt good :) The active sun salutations were challending - I didn't fo a couple of the vinyasa flows haha. I enjoy the small bit of breathwork at the end of the practice to really ground me in my practice and before I move on with the rest of my morning, thanks. Doing this chllenge 5 months after you've posted it means I don't do it every single morning, but when I do come to the mat I feel very calm and a sense of purpose and belonging. I think a 14 daychallenge is such a good idea! Thank you, Jess (using Tim's KZbin account!)

That was awesome! Didn’t hold crow as long as the other day but still improving and heels (almost on floor) in downward, totally not the goal because of back issues, so it’s been a long journey but it’s still cool to almost be there. Curious why you do your upward dog with feet flexed? If you don’t mind me asking. I’ve found it really beneficial for my back but had to bind the strength first. Thank you for today. Look forward to joining your site when it gets a little closer to Christmas…although hopefully before :)
