They have the best stretch videos, well timed and the instructions are loud and clear, so you don't have to remember any of these or keep pausing the video.

These Stretching Exercises are excellent for everyone especially in your 50+ years...very relaxing effect!

I love how these are timed and talked through what to do! I use the one for cyclist and now this one for pickleball. Keep up the good work..God bless you!

Are these post work out cool down exercises or pre game exercises?

Hey Praveen, the stretches in the video above are best done at the end of your workout as part of the cool down. If you want to do them as a separate or stand-alone routine then you need to do a light aerobic warm up before doing the stretches.

you do these after tennis right? I hear stretching before exercise leads to injury

Yes, these are best done after your game or training, as part of your cool down. And stretching before exercises doesn't lead to injury if you do the right type of stretching in the right way. You can get more details on stretching as part of a warm up here.... stretchcoach.com/articles/warm-up/

They are best done as a stand-alone flexibility session or as a cool down after tennis / training. So yes, you could do them every morning, just make sure you do a light warm up before doing them..

@@asdjkhasdhjasd Stretching is part of a warm up, but stretching, by itself, is not a warm up. You'll get a much better stretch if you start with some light cardio to get the blood flowing and the heart rate up a little... stretchcoach.com/articles/warm-up/
