They have the best stretch videos, well timed and the instructions are loud and clear, so you don't have to remember any of these or keep pausing the video.

Are these post work out cool down exercises or pre game exercises?
@StretchCoach2 жыл бұрын
Hey Praveen, the stretches in the video above are best done at the end of your workout as part of the cool down. If you want to do them as a separate or stand-alone routine then you need to do a light aerobic warm up before doing the stretches.

Do we do these after a tennis workout or before? Or both?
@StretchCoach9 жыл бұрын
+Siddhartha Gupta Hey Siddhartha, sorry for the delay. (I usually get an email to let me know when there's a question for me, but I must have missed it.) The stretches in the video above are best done at the end of your workout as part of the cool down. If you want to do them as a separate or stand-alone routine then you need to do a light aerobic warm up before doing the stretches.

+Brad Walker Great thanks for the reply! I do understand the need for a warm-up before stretching. Too cold these days for tennis but will use these when I get back to it.

you do these after tennis right? I hear stretching before exercise leads to injury
@StretchCoach3 жыл бұрын
Yes, these are best done after your game or training, as part of your cool down. And stretching before exercises doesn't lead to injury if you do the right type of stretching in the right way. You can get more details on stretching as part of a warm up here.... stretchcoach.com/articles/warm-up/

hi, are these good for me to do every morning?
@StretchCoach4 жыл бұрын
They are best done as a stand-alone flexibility session or as a cool down after tennis / training. So yes, you could do them every morning, just make sure you do a light warm up before doing them..
@asdjkhasdhjasd4 жыл бұрын
Brad Walker i thought these ARE the warmup xD
@StretchCoach4 жыл бұрын
@@asdjkhasdhjasd Stretching is part of a warm up, but stretching, by itself, is not a warm up. You'll get a much better stretch if you start with some light cardio to get the blood flowing and the heart rate up a little... stretchcoach.com/articles/warm-up/

I heard not holding that smile 1:14 could lead to injury, make sure you show those teeth :D
