My dog from early 2000s was like this. She was a pregnant stray who was living in our backyard and all the people in our neighborhood tried to catch her but they couldn't. I took my existing dog out to the backyard and she got so excited to see my black lab basset hound mix that I was able to slip a lead on her, take her into the garage and she was with us for the rest of her life.

I have 3 rescue cats, 2 rescue dogs and feed a few ferals in our neighborhood. We provide sturdy houses for the outdoor kitties, they rest in them, but don't stay unfortunately. I still cannot commend this dedication, perseverance, and commitment these people exhibited. Angels on Earth ❤❤❤❤❤

This devotion is amazing to watch. I keep thinking of all the things Hope for Paws people do to catch dogs. Traps, metal loops, leather loops to catch the lonesome, scared frightened ones would have made it all so much faster. But, it still admire this man completely.
