복근은 그냥 만들어지는 것이 아닌가봐요ㅠㅠ 저는 복근까지는 필요 없는 듯해요 아하ㅠㅠ 체지방버닝제 먹었어요 복근말고 그냥 배만 없앨래요 ㅎㅎㅎ 운동말고 다른 방법을 찾았으니까요~

복근 만들려면 체지방 먼저 뺴주는 것이 좋아요. 체지방 버닝제도 총 지방량 빼주는데 큰 도움 되구요. 쉽게 빠져요 같이 병행하면요. 피티 화이팅입니다!

After the first day too much pain in abs means it's so much effectively done. After 1 day the gap also feels a lot burnt in abs

40 dakikalık ABS ve Popo yaparmisin lütfen ikisi bir arada ve ayakta.senin videolarında bir haftada 3 kilo verdim.Ayakta olanlar ile tabi.hepsi 40 dakikanın üzerindeydi.hergun yaptım.senin stilin çok zorlamadan çok güzel terletiyor ve vücudumun her yerinin çalıştığını hissediyorum.tam bana göre. çok teşekkür ederim 😘❤️🥰

I experienced felt a huge resistance in the morning even to go for and complete ten minutes belly work out and it persisted till fifteen minutes back then I gathered my motivation focused on how accomplished I feel how confident I feel when I do some healthy thing cultivate healthy knowledge gaining skills habit and be persistent in it I focused on that feeling which I get after accomplishing every task that I decide to do and complete I focused on that feeling and ignored lazy excuses of my own mind and pushed myself ahead through that useless unhealthy lazy feeling and resistence and completed it after all it was just a matter of ten minutes and finally I have completed my 103rd day of belly workout excluding 16 resting days and now fifteen more minutes to stretch routine today it's a middle split stretching routine day !
