COOK ON HI PRESSURE FOR 1 HOURE AND 10 MINUTES ( FOR FALL APART TENDER COOK ON HI FOR 1 HOURE AND 30 MINUTES )
AFTER THE PRESSURE COOK DO A QUICK RELEASE AND EMPTY THE LIQUID OUT OF THE POT
PUT THE BRISKET BACK IN THE POT AND PUT YOUR FAVORITE BARBECUE SUACE ON AND AIR CRISP FOR 5 MINUTES
