Agree! I'd only add this to ur comment: "Too many have UNREASONABLE expectations". After the marriage ceremony, the partners must very quickly learn to be empathetic equal partners and become really good communicators with little/no real training as to how to do it. Most people struggle and flounder, b/c they have to master this on the fly.

Why not ask your partner? Because fix it cannot be done alone. Have the talk, say you are ready to walk away from it unless you are both all in. If you get ambivalence or anything other than a passionate yes, run.

In case you haven't noticed, married life currently is very complicated. IMO most people do not know "how to be married" and how to operate with all the many pressures and requirements most of us face today. As mentioned in the video, intimate personal interactions and intentional communication are the some of the most important factors in maintaining a lasting marital relationship.

@@namboy2233 That is the reason I chose my best friend as my girlfriend. I cannot comprehend people who marry after meeting the person in dating apps or bars. Also, I realized to never trust emotions. Relationships should be logical mostly. If you have a relationships that started very passionately, it will most likely fail.
