Hey I need some advice.When I do pull ups my left shoulder is higher up than my right. It's the same when I do push ups, my left shoulder is closer to my left ear than my right shoulder is to my right ear. Finally, when I do dumbbell press, I always feel it in my shoulder on the left side, however on the right I feel it in my chest. What can the problem be? tight muscles, bad habits? What can I do? First of all, this is not medical advice and Iw ould say the first thing you need to do is go to a physio orthopaedic surgeon. But first of all, is there any pain?

First of all know that every person in the world has one shoulder lower than the other depending on which side is their dominant side. So it will come down to BY HOW MUCH or how big the difference is before I would worry too much about it being an issue. But if it is a big gap then it can be tight muscle, wrong technique or poor posture. So when you do exercise for example make sure you focus on doing a version of that exercise that you can perform properly with good form otherwise you could get into further trouble down the line. Also get a nice a neck and shoulder massage from time to time.

Great that was my positions two, well not center, but wing and full back so what is your age and how much do you weigh now and how much do you want to weigh? But know this, most rugby players, in fact most sports people, don't actually train to get bigger, they simply train for performance. So unless you are really small and feel you need to ad size to take things to the next level I would simply focus on getting a good program to help develope the skills to be a good wing or full back. Center though, you might need some size, the pro guys these are are huge 100kg's, 1.80 to 1.90m many of them. But even then skill and talent is more important then just size.
