So they say : when the student is ready the teacher will appear...... I recently saw a video of you and it touched me so much I suscribed and have been watching some of your videos. Today I am looking into my spiritual awakening and was looking throught your videos, the pain one was calling to me even though it did't say anything about what I was looking for. at the end of the video you told me exctly what I needed to hear, I had shivers it was like you where in front of me talking to me, looking straight in my eyes. thanks you so much for your videos and messegas, in a time where I feel so lost and don't know what to do I listen and the universe sends me the right way. blessed be!

She feels so pure in this video. I am so thankful for the message, whenever I’m in pain, I have to watch teal's video. sometimes over and over again, just to remind myself that I have to choose love and compassion towards myself, and to step away from my thoughts. I have to take care of myself and accept my limits.

I realize now that I split into 7 different personas before I really gained a sense of integration again. A course in Miracles really brought me back from the edge, but, I'll have to say that Teal's spiritual wisdom prepared me to fully apply these lessons...they are very important lessons, each one of them. But sometimes we are so split and fragmented, in so much pain, that a gentle nudge in the right direction just won't do it. Some of us are really, really, unbelievably damaged. The teaching that we must be moving in the direction of pain is one of the wisest and most important of Teal's teachings. If a person like me can be fixed and brought into a state of integration, then there truly is hope for the rest of you.

I literally get distracted from this much intelligence, articulation, and then I feel so blessed and I thank my intelligence to be able to grasp this much complexity…. By the time I go through this process everytime and then feel a sense of immense gratitude, I had to rewind the videos 100 times🤣😂🤣anyone relates to this?!lol

Pain is just the subconscious becoming conscious so by running away from pain you are running away from yourself thus staying unaware of your true self. By welcoming the pain and accepting it, it can now be released from your subconscious to be replaced with love. Now the gift is given to you where the pain you have made conscious can now be seen in others. Now you understand others better and with understanding there is no fear.

In Great Expectations, Dickens is exploring the emotions and experiences of Pip, as an older man remembering his life. Older Pip is narrating the emotions and experiences of himself as younger Pip. Levels of wisdom. Detachment, analysis, acceptance, forgiveness, then re-attachment and integration to reach a perspective as close to the Essence of Truth as is possible, while incarnated. Your brave healing, recovery and wholeness is a blessing for us all. x

In my experience, addiction is used, not to escape, but rather to get in touch with these persona's in order to survive. For example, when the external environment is overwhelming, then it becomes difficult knowing where to start, focus, and channel the fractured part of powerfulness, especially when growing up in an environment which enforced learned helplessness. By-stander trauma- my God

The container that is my pain self must be ginormous since I've not only experienced much pain in this particular physical reality since childhood, but within many other earthly and otherworldly parallel and alternate past/present/future realities as well. Often times, especially within this year, it's been very challenging to live because I don't look forward to waking up to this world or falling asleep into other similar worlds. Recently, I even let go of placing crystals in my pillow at night, though in the past, certain (but not all) crystals have proven to be highly effective. Thank you so much Teal for your many helpful videos that have been gifting, me over the years, with breadcrumbs of encouragement, hope, trust, inner-peace, wisdom, upliftment, self-empowerment, freedom, joy, inspiration, Light, and Unconditional Love.

Bravo! I love this. I have just spent a month feeling like I have rarely felt in my life. In the past fear would have stopped this process in its tracks. This time I did allow myself to feel the pain at its fullest. It supported me letting go, healing, learning and growing. There was ego involved for sure and I could see this and I find that my ego responds to logic and story. My deep beliefs and thoughts were challenged and a number have been realigned. I found that focusing on the loving aspects of my pain made all the difference.

EvenStar LoveAnanda Hmm... How do you know a person doesn't think for himself/herself if he/she likes a teaching of another person? My opinion is that just because people gravitate towards a certain knowledge or a belief system it doesn't mean they can't think for themselves. I think there actually has to be more background of thought, experience, contrast of life in order to believe some things, but even those beliefs can change or update themselves by exploring further. What do you think? Do you partially agree? :)

I just finished watching this video and I'm amazed by the coincidence, or should I say, cincronization that has the content of this video with my dreams of last night. It's common for me to dream of Teal Swan, but last night I dreamed that after reminding me that everything was an illusion and that I could shape my reality, as much as I was willing to believe it, it showed me a dark cellar, suddenly there were many butterflies of light They transformed into people and these people were all Teal Swan, or their multiple personalities, all were beautiful and some not so much, I remember talking to a very rough, coarse, scarred. Among other details that I prefer to keep personal, I remember that I was very anxious to be able to meet all those many people in me, but above all, united, working together for a common good/goal.

Everyone is already watching their thoughts. That is how we know they exist. What you have to do is watch your self while watching the thoughts and see if the thoughts are pulling your attention away from your self. If they are than pull back to 0 point and stay there.
@sarahafriendzz42788 жыл бұрын
When it gets to a point of wanting to cry I will look to see if that emotion is mine by looking at the thought that came with it. When it is not my thought I will give it back to the universe. This way I can see what Is mine and what is not. If it happens to be my thought then I will go within the self and look so to see where this thought and or emotion originates then I will sit with it be with it until it dissipates not unlike a soap bubble as it pops. One of the ways that helps for releasing a thought or emotion I like to do is the emotional freedom technique also known as eft. It's helpful in releasing especially when a person is doing the release work on their own and there's plenty of eft videos here on KZbin. this isn't a one time fix releasing takes dedication. You can do it you got this :)

Sometimes I wanna cry to have some relief from too much resistance but I can't. What do I do?
@Monweed8 жыл бұрын
But thats exatly what she said where you give positive to get away. Just in your case cry to get relief. Thats why you cant cry cus the very act of crying will be going in wrong direction. Your crying will add more pain. Something that helped me was just accepting myself as feeling bad and being okey with this feeling for rest of my life and still trying to do good things even tho i feel bad. Thats just being okey with bad feelings in general, bad feelings cant get me moving away, i will stay present with them.
@nsimba_7778 жыл бұрын
MonWeed But you can have moments in which you feel good too. I can also see crying as a way to allowing yourself to feel vulnerable, something I struggle with, like almost everyone. And it can be a relief, when you hit a low point. But I mostly just couldn't, and other people would be more emotional, it's like I wanna feel but I can't. It's frustrating. And then you stay depressed. Staying present with it is one step, but feeling bad about it at the same time only makes it worse.
@conspiracytheorist21818 жыл бұрын
I have difficulty crying from grief or pain but I easily cry from joy and happiness. The difficulty for me with crying from grief or pain is that the handful of times I did cry from grief or pain, it was triggered by circumstances so traumatic and out of my control that it was not a decision to cry; it was triggered by extremely threatening events. What's more, the crying those times was uncontrollable sobbing, not weeping or crying in the ordinary sense. The thought in my head was: *I have to stop crying now; I have to stop crying now.* Yet no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get this violent sobbing under the control of my ego, my self. That experience of being utterly out of control in such a primal and humiliating way is terrifying. On one of those few occasions I sobbed uncontrollably and unrelentingly for about forty-five minutes. When it was over, I felt cleansed, reborn, brand-new. It was like a birth trauma or an ego death experience. You can't pick and choose life-altering events like those. They're part of destiny; part of the mystery of living.
@nsimba_7778 жыл бұрын
ConspiracyTheorist I can relate 100% to your first sentence. Having tears of joy I can have, but of pain, part of me is just like, nope.
@conspiracytheorist21818 жыл бұрын
So what I'm suggesting is that behind your inhibition to crying - which is perfectly natural and understandable - might be a fear of being out of control in such a helpless, humiliating way that you feel like an infant instead of an adult. Ultimately Mother Nature will decide. Once the floodgates are ready to fall, they will.

SUMMARY: 1) Next time you're in pain in any way close your eyes and remind yourself that the pain self has been touched by sth. that just occured. 2) Your essence is in relationship with your pain self. Can you feel into what it needs/wants? Use your intuition to assist this pain self. 3) Meet the needs of the pain self on a daily basis. Begin a dialogue. Find harmony between you and the pain self. 4) Thoughts are not necessarily yours. They come as a vibrational match due to your frequency. Imagine stepping back and watch your thoughts. Observe them. Practice this every day. During meditation, conversations you have every day...
