Thanks Man. I just started to see the last year+ paying off as I have had to slow down, do maintenance and stabilization work to prevent running injuries. I like to go 110% and I had to take one step back to take 3 forward but now I'm able to throw volume and intensity at my workouts and I'm built to handle it because I was patient.

Nick, current college student (business major) here and I'm noticing all the inventory you have! Wow! Many many many classes I'm taking right now are radically against holding inventory because it's just so expensive. I would recommend looking into more of a pull focused demand strategy (instead of a push focus) for your supply chain after we get out of this supply chain crisis. It's much more cost effective and will lower all that inventory. Do some research on Zara's supply chain, they really take point on demand pull strategy with essentially 0 inventory. Obviously I don't know the specifics of your business, and I'm sure as a successful entrepreneur you know this, but I can't help but say something. I'm just a 20 yr old guy who likes working out and thinks your YT channel is cool... just thought I'd put this out there.

Yall want to know why Nick is big on the sludge? Because of Ranger school haha. Anyone who knows anything about the food struggle at Ranger school knows you take your MRE crackers crush then up.. mix umm in your chocolate milk powder/cappuccino powder or your chocolate protein mix to make your food as filling as possible and the EASIEST way to ruin this is using too much WATER hahaha. I watch the videos and it's so funny how much Ranger school hits are in these vids. Lol. So funny.

Just a recommendation, go to a podiatrist and have them do a procedure that won't allow your toenail to grow back. If you let it grow back it will more then likely grow back thicker and weaker and you will lose it again and again and again.

Same here! This shoe does it all! Fast, slow, with a really nice bounce if you’re a mid/forefoot lander. The upper was a bid tight around my small toe, but after walking true the house with some tick socks for 2 days they were perfect 😍
@JamesKing_Jr3 жыл бұрын
@@mrwizzzard1663 For sure man. My first run, I found my toes wanting to creep off the insole in the front but once I broke them in, they're great. I bought them based on one of Nick's prior vids about which shoes he trains in. I was between these and the Asics Noosa

I have a rotator cuff as we speak my man. It’s horrible. PT twice a week for the last 3 months and it’s still not healed and has really hindered my chest workouts
@kelgbrown0073 жыл бұрын
Holding the dumbbell and abducting doesnt actually work the rotator cuff due to were the load of the dumbbell is placed (physics) . Thats why you should use a band or functional trainer.
@marc_aussie3 жыл бұрын
Do light dumbell exercises help to warm up and activate the shoulder area though, increasing blood flow? Not sure the goal of this is to 'work' the rotator cuff, that sounds more like rehabbing using bands.

Your toenails are dead because the toe box in your shoes are way too narrow for your feet. Order a wide in shoe size or look into Altra shoes like your coach wears. Also recommend toe socks for your next ultra.
