The Truth About Apple Cider

Apple cider vinegar has been used as a health tonic for thousands of years.
Research shows that true enough, apple cider has many health benefits, such as lowering blood sugar levels. Therefore it can be helpful for diabetic patients.
And As an endocrinologist, this has been a common question among my patients who are also trying to lose weight.

most diabetes conversation revolves around weight loss. not many youtube videos talk about improving insulin sensitivity to gain weight, for people who lose so much weight because of diabetes.. that would be a nice video to watch..

When triglycerides level increases the gastric .mucosa produces more acid to help the body get rid of too much trigycerides.This is what I observed and from this I agree that acetic acid which is an acid aid in the flushing out of excess fat in our body.
