I am so glad that you measure out your ingredients in grams and ml. It is so precise and makes it so much easier to replicate your wonderful recipe. Thank you 🤗

Thank you for this video. I lost my mom a few years ago, and to my shame I never learned properly her recipe for lao bing. Your video is the first that resembles what she used to do, and just brought back so many memories. I can't wait to try out your method.

This is the first time I ever got a kiss from my husband for making anything 😊 I’ve made from duck poutine to apple cider donuts, which he loved. But, these scallion pancakes, OMG .. we have NEVER tasted anything soooo good. We thank you❤

Made this last week from a former video. Do not eat a lot of fried product so I rolled them very thin and put them on my lightly oil wiped steel plate that I have in my BBQ. Made it like a tortilla. Was absolutely great and puffed up nice..

If you use bread dough, I suggest adding some more water to the mixture as it’s too hard if you put in the original amount.

The history of chopsticks must be interesting, and be associated with hot cooked food. Maybe. People in some places still use their hands. As a old Westerner, I'm just learning to use them. A fork takes no skill at all. Dropped a saucy eel sushi on my t shirt last time at the sushi train.

My dough/pancake keeps rolling back on itself when I try to roll it out. Am I doing something wrong?
@yft7823 жыл бұрын
Rest the dough about 10 to 15 mins more. It relaxes the gluten which makes it easier to roll and shape
