Here's a very general, roughly 1 hour Iyengar style class using minimal props based on classes I teach at the YMCA here in Nashville
. This sequence covers some of the most common standing and seated poses and finishes with a guided Savasana. Lots of verbal instruction so you don't have to keep looking at the screen while you practice. Basic enough for people new to yoga but detailed enough to challenge more experienced practitioners.
I quickly put this together after many requests from socially distanced friends and students. Some of the video is out of focus and the editing ain't perfect...
