I love the fact that there was something titled menopause in my feed that wasn't telling me how to cure my wrinkles or fix what's "wrong" with me. Great class taught by a guy. We are making progress.

This is great! Thank you so much Joe. Could you also recommend exercises for hip strength please? I have had to take thyroid hormones for over 20 years and as a consequence have extremely low hip bone density. I have been prescribed medication but would like to find appropriate exercises to help.
