Rehab & Prehab your lower body against chronic pain and injury using Qigong and Mobility exercises. In this routine we use silk reeling qigong, tendon changing qigong, and lower dan tian qigong to train proprioception, rehydrate fascia, strengthen connective tissues, improve joint circulation, improve stability, strengthen the core and stabilizer muscles, and create better neuromuscular connection.

I have really smashed my back in and hip - upon remberance think getting heavy box out of boot and going up high steps with snaggy hip did it! Hence this one very gentle movements is what I needed.
