Recipe 1
1 cup oatmeal.
80g nuts.
1 tablespoon cocoa.
10 g vanilla sugar.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
1 banana.
120ml water.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal
50g nuts
2 apples
50ml water
15g melted butter
Place in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes
Bon appetit!
