The meat looks raw and you can get really sick. I think you should buy a food thermometer.

I cooked the meat for more than 2 hours, its cooked. I made it many times. The meat ist just looks juicy , it has no problem.

@CindyMusicPianoWorkshop ok, I may have misunderstood the cook time. I still use a thermometer for all meats, mainly chicken and pork. I like rare steak so that is almost raw.😊
