I went for a run today in the park with my dog and I saw my Medical Oncologist running in the other direction, I smiled and she smiled back, but I don’t think she recognized me, in that moment I was just another runner, not one of her stage IV breast cancer patients. Wonderful feeling 😊 ☀️

One year survivor from invasive ductile carcinoma. I love Zumba and I walk. I tried to do weights impossible. I love your video Dr. Liz. I watch every day. God bless you.

I exercise to feel physically stronger and mentally happier. It also keeps me out of pain with degenerative disc disease and injuries. And I know it's good to help me lose weight and fend off estrogen levels triggering cancer in the future.

How should one lift weights months after axillary clearance and weeks after radiotherapy. Should we start with very small dumbbells and gradually build up and can we use weight machines at gym like tricep pulls or does this repetitive action put us at risk, please do a short video on this. Any recommended classes like HIIT. For now mainly walking and want to start jogging, thanks for the advice 🏃♀️
