I'm 29yrs woman, I am a house wife recently I came to know that I have a thyroid it's became too high it's 18.25 and day by day I becoming very thin.. please tell me which thyroid I have it's hyperthyroid or hypothyroid and please suggest me which which food can I eat or which which food I can't eat... Nice video on thyroid disease, My friend got relief from hypothyroidism after taken treatment from planet ayurveda health care center. After five months of regular treatment his TSH level became in normal range. now he feel fine and happy.

Thank you Trueweight for these asanas. I just started doing these. Hopefully, it will help me with my thyroid issues. One small favor. Can you please mention Yoga or asanas instead of saying exercises? I just want the credit to go where it is due. All these are nothing but asanas (Yoga) that were invented in India.

Hi I am mother of 2 kids 5 and 3 yrs of old. Observed that I have gained back my pregnancy weight and had irregular periods so visited the Dr. Found thyroid level was low. Advised to take tablets took them for 3 months and again went for a blood test found thyroid levels are normal. Now I am not taking tablets and my periods are also normal. I have to reduce my weight of 90 kg. But I couldn't do none of the exercise mentioned as I am short . Kindly Share simplest form

I’m 19 female 5ft8 and around 9stone 3 I think I have hormonal belly and stress ,I know I don’t see myself how I should I think I have body dismorphia from my past when I was bullied for several years when I was 6sizes up.this sticks to me quite a lot making my mood low and I was curious to wether this will help me at all more so for my mental state trying to stop feeling fat when I’m not just hard to stop
