Hi I am mother of 2 kids 5 and 3 yrs of old. Observed that I have gained back my pregnancy weight and had irregular periods so visited the Dr. Found thyroid level was low. Advised to take tablets took them for 3 months and again went for a blood test found thyroid levels are normal. Now I am not taking tablets and my periods are also normal. I have to reduce my weight of 90 kg. But I couldn't do none of the exercise mentioned as I am short . Kindly Share simplest form
