Some days, I feel so weak and can't rely on my energy or body-today was one of those days. But I managed to push through and complete my day 9.

Day 9☑the alt tuck planche engages some strange muscles on my back, it's kind of like obliques. i don't think i ever used those muscles lol

@@TomPetoTraining looked at some anatomy pictures and I think it's just Internal oblique muscles. Apparently they stretch around the lower part of the torso. That's so cool, I didn't know that. Somehow I thought that obliques are just the sides of the abs lol.
