Tom first off I’m curious if your Ram is a 4th Gen? Also since install how has this dampener held up? Still operating like new? I’m about to pull the trigger on this upgrade. For some reason Amazon is saying it won’t fit my 2016 Ram 3500 but the actual IAQWE page ($20) says it will. Also checked another manufacturer page ($40) and the parts all look the same.

@@HrDKnockLife I don’t know the generations, mine is a 2014 if that helps? I ended up breaking the one I installed in this video but it was my fault. I went one day without it and then ordered a replacement. I like it that much!

I’m twisting the thing 9 times and it just ends up coming out it’s not collapsing

@@jamesdixon7776 the rivnut? You are likely doing something incorrect. Might search a few videos on how they work and how to do it with a bolt like they provided, it’s much easier with the appropriate tool but the bolt technique does work.
