さっそく今日この運動をやってみました! 追記(ピラティスが非常に興味を持ち始めているので、このような動画を投稿してくださって楽しかったです🎶) 数あるKZbinの運動動画を観てきた中で、私はHinafitさんのチャンネルを観るようになりました! 毎朝のストレッチもHinafit さんの動画で、やっています!3ヶ月はほぼ毎日続けていて、次への行動力が自然とうつるので、1日のスタートが良くなります。 いつもありがとうございます。

I don't even do this consistently, I just do this maybe 2x or 3x a week? I haven't even done this for a week yet, only 2 times and I already have pretty good results omg !! My ab line is showing more and my waist got a little more snatched !! (btw I'm already very skinny)
