@Gab A Gravity. No one sees it. But if you climb out a window on the 4th floor you'll experience it. Same with God. You must be opened to experience Him. He loves each one of us and would and did die for you, Me everyone. Even if you were the only person on earth He would die for you. He also knew everything you would do during your life. If you never stopped to look at all the problems you caused, you can't appreciate God's love in creating you even knowing the problems you would cause. All, every person has caused problems in his life. God is love - wishing the best for you and doing what can be done for you in your life. God gave you life with the help of your parents because again He loves you. Love is freely given. Forced isn't love. Love comes from God.

umm sorry... not sure? i buy 2-4 ripe- black, being careful not to buy MUSHY - b/c they're partly brown inside. and then put away in the drawer. we have 1 avocado a day - split it, so is working really well. However a year ago i started following your videos and convinced myself to follow your insistence of at least 7 to 10 cups of veggies and to gobble as much kale as possible. After doing this for an entire year and mostly feeling like crap plus not having a proper bowel movement for that entire time i have gone back to maybe couple of cups of low carb. veggies. I now feel good and my bowels work right again.

Hi Dr Berg, I've seen a KZbin video on the Avacado Stone and that it has 70% of the anti-oxidants of the Avacado - it recommended drying the stone and then grinding down to use in salads etc...I've also read that seeds contain traces of cyniade. Would you recommend using the Avacado stone ? Many thanks for all your videos !

@@sandrabentley1420 It's not just about avocado. Besides, avocados differ in size and weight. A cup of broccoli weighs differently than a cup of paprika. The list goes on. Measuring in cups (or in portions) is very misleading, confusing and not precise at all.

@@carolinabeth5173 Glad to share the recipe. Mash up an Avocado, (I use Haas,) with a fork, add 2 teaspoons erythritol, 2 teaspoons cacao powder, 1 teaspoon off vanilla extract, ( & an optional 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract works good too, or any other flavourings off choice, coffee, orange, etc,) 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter, a pinch off salt, mix it all up, this does 2 small ramekins full, enough for 2 people. Sprinkle salt, berries or almond flakes on top then refrigerate. (The longer it's refrigerated, the more you can the taste of avocado comes through.) You can also use it as a great cake frosting. This is roughly 3g net carbs per pot, but it depends on the Avocado size, & whether you add nuts or berries to it. It's very easy to mess about with this recipe, & I do. Lol. Hope this helped. Take care. 🥑💖🙂🐶
